Bidder Information- Real Estate

• Normal and customary terms require a 10% down payment, with balance due paid at settlement 
  typically within 45-60 days after the sale.
• Down payment will be accepted in the form of a personal check.
• Real estate will be available to view during advertised open houses or private showings.
• All real estates are sold as is and are not subject to any contingencies (i.e. financing approval,
  property inspections, etc.)
• General information, terms & conditions, and disclosures are made available prior to sale.

Bidder Information - Auction House

• No buyer's premium
• All new bidders are required to present a driver's license to register for a bidder number.
• Sales tax will be charged unless tax exemption information is provided before checkout.
• Acceptable terms of payment include cash, PA check, or credit card (MasterCard, Visa & Discover).
  With payment of cash or check, service fee will be waived.
