As president and founder of John Hess Auction Service, John has been serving the Lancaster, Lebanon and Berks communities for many years. Born and raised on a Lancaster County Farm, John appreciates his agricultural roots which helped foster his strong work ethic and organizational skills that are crucial components when promoting a successful auction. John's friendly and sincere way of dealing with people is easily recognized and widely appreciated.
John Carl, Jr.
Bringing energy and enthusiasm to the auction atmosphere, John was born and raised in Lebanon County, and has a background in agriculture which has served him well as an Auctioneer. His caring nature & ability to work hard enable him to achieve success for our clients. John's knowledge and charisma makes him a natural fit for our team.
Ray Glick
Residing in southern Lancaster County, Ray has served his community over the past 32 years as a volunteer fireman. Ray looks forward to using his extensive background in sales to further serve his community as an Auctioneer with Hess Auction Service.
Phil Nissley
A Lancaster County native with a life-time involvement in the local community, Phil brings 20+years experience with antiques of upper end value and rare collectibles, and is an asset to the Hess team. He is recognized in the business and financial community as an expert appraiser of personal property, and has extensive background in real estate auctions.

A Lancaster County native, Jeff brings over 15 years auctioneer experience selling real estate, antiques, personal property, and equipment throughout south central Pennsylvania.
